Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, mostly located in China. That's why delivery takes longer than local retailers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $12.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship within Canada only.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it, contact us with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return an item?
